BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA

Amina Ceric is the Consultant and Advisor of the Economic Policy Planning Unit to the Office of the Federal Prime Minister in the Council of Ministers of Bosnia-Herzegovina. She is also a member of the Foundation for Peace and Justice, which is currently in the process of formation. Born in Gra_anica, Bosnia-Herzegovina 1st November 1979, Amina lived in Chicago, Zagreb, Kuala Lumpur and Sarajevo respectively for over 5 years each. She completed studies in English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Sarajevo and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Economics, also at the University of Sarajevo.

Ensar Eminovic is a member of the Governing Board of the Foundation "Peace and Justice" (being established), a non-governmental, non-profit and non-political organization that will be launching and promoting projects dedicated to establishing lasting peace and justice as well as struggling against genocide in the world. He has worked for several international organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), and his last employer was the Office of the High Representative (OHR) where he held the position of Political Officer. He was in charge of providing analysis of the political affairs, preparing policy recommendations and advice on political issues to the OHR senior staff. He also used to give lectures, briefings and updates on the political situation in BiH and the region to the staff of other international organizations present in BiH such as Stabilization Force (SFOR), European Union Police Mission (EUPM), Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), etc. He has published several research papers in Bosnian scientific magazines such as "Pravna Misao" (Legal Thought) and "Novi Pogledi" (New Perspectives). His research paper entitled "The Right to the Freedom of Expression: Western and Islamic Perspectives" was published in the "Preporod" magazine, which is the official newspaper of the Islamic Community of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has also translated a number of books, manuals and articles from English into Bosnian. The most recent book that he translated is "The Battle for God" by Karen Armstrong. Moreover, he conducted classes in International Business Communications at the Center for International Studies "Philip Noel Baker", Sarajevo. Born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and educated in Malaysia, Mr. Eminovic acquired a bachelor's degree in Political Science (Hons) and a specialization in the field of International Relations from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). After graduation, he completed a 3-year interdisciplinary postgraduate program in European Studies and obtained a master's degree in European Studies (University of Sarajevo / University of Bologna / London School of Economics and Political Science/ University of Essex). During his studies in Malaysia, he was awarded the Best Student Prize in the class of 48 Political Science graduating students. He was also conferred the "Jamaluddin Yacob Award" as the Best Student of the Faculty of Human Sciences in 1999 and received a special prize by the Malaysian Head of State.

Nadja Lutvikadi is President of Commission for coordination of Youth Issues BIH, Commission of Council of Ministers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Commission consists of 18 young people from governmental and nongovernmental organizations, with authority to build Youth Strategy for employment and education and with the task to suggest a Law about Young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I am working on two documents, Strategy for employment young people in BIH, as a first concrete Policy Papers which will be adopted by Council of Ministers BIH and proposal for institutional organizing of young people. As the President of Commission for coordination of Youth Issues BIH I have appeared in lot of local media stations / radio, TV/ and specially I wont to stress appearance in very famous regional newspaper. Born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and educated in BIH, Faculty degree in social science. Now I am student on Postgraduate study International Relationships and Political Communications. I was working in Federal Government as Head of Office in Ministry of transport and communications for two years.
